D’Tiara Corp Limited (“DCL”) was incorporated in Jersey, The Channel Islands under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 on 22 October 2007.  DCL is principally an investment holding company and has a direct subsidiary company namely D’Tiara Corp Sdn Bhd.The services of DCL and its subsidiary companies ('DCL Group'), which are based in Malaysia, consist of a few integrated segments, namely the property development, hotel/resort management and investment and franchising.

SP SETIA BERHAD

SP Setia Berhad is well-established in all the three key economic centers of Malaysia, namely Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang, with a growing presence in Vietnam. In mid-2007, SP Setia has joined forces with Vietnam's top state-owned conglomerate, Becamex IDC Corp to develop its maiden EcoLakes project. The foray into Vietnam marks the first cross-border investment for SP Setia towards achieving accelerated growth to boost its international profile and enhance forward earnings. Currently, it has 11 active projects under development with another 10 new projects lined up for launching progressively in the near future.
